These terms govern your use of mvapilot.com and the claim request form (the "Site"), operated by MVAPilot LLC ("MVAPilot", "we", "us"). By using the Site or submitting the form, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What MVAPilot is
MVAPilot is a referral and lead-generation service. We are not a law firm, we do not practise law, we do not give legal advice, and we do not represent anyone. Nothing on the Site is legal or medical advice. [ATTORNEY ADVERTISING AND STATE DISCLOSURES: counsel to supply.]
Who may use the Site
You must be at least 18, a resident of the United States, and submit information that is true and about yourself (or about someone who has asked you to act for them).
What happens when you submit
We pass your answers to our broker, Sales Nation LLC, and to participating law firms or marketing partners, listed on the participating partners page, who may contact you. Submitting the form is free. It does not create an attorney-client relationship with us or, by itself, with any law firm. Each firm decides for itself whether to take your case, and any agreement with a firm is between you and that firm.
We do not guarantee that a firm will contact you or accept your case, or any result or amount of compensation. Past results of any firm do not predict yours.
Consent to be contacted
You will be contacted by phone, text or email only if you tick the consent box. The wording you agree to is shown beside the box and stored with the time you agreed. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You can withdraw it at any time as explained in the Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for help.
Time limits for claims
Every state sets its own deadline for bringing an injury claim, and some are short. The Site cannot tell you your deadline. Speak to a lawyer promptly.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false, misleading or someone else's information without their permission; use bots, scripts or other automation to submit the form; test, scan or interfere with the Site's security; or copy or resell the Site's content. We may block access, and refuse or delete submissions, that we believe break these rules.
Our content
The Site's text, design, logos and images belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Site for your own personal use. Photographs on the Site are illustrative; the people shown are not clients or customers. [COUNSEL: add image credits if required.]
Third-party sites and firms
The Site may link to or describe third parties, including law firms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, advice, fees or conduct.
No warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for your purpose.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, MVAPilot and its owners, officers, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of a claim or of its value, arising from your use of the Site or from any dealings with a law firm or partner. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed [AMOUNT: counsel to set]. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Your responsibility
You agree to compensate us for losses caused by your breach of these terms or by information you submitted that you knew to be false.
Governing law and disputes

Changes
